GAEC Les Perce Neige is a family-run farm located in the heart of the Bugey region, in the hamlet of Indrieux in Arandas.
The farm specializes in breeding dairy cows certified for PDO Comté cheese production and in processing milk directly on the farm. It produces the traditional Bugey ramequin cheese

The Manos family home, located in the hamlet of Indrieux in Arandas, is a former bourgeois house of the Bugey region, owned and lived in by the Manos family since 1927.
Filled with history and family memories, the house has preserved all the authentic charm of traditional Bugey bourgeois homes, with its exposed stone walls, old wooden beams, and multiple levels.
Carefully restored, the house now welcomes guests to the cottages of Amédée’s Sheep Cottage while preserving the family spirit and heritage of the property. It reflects the history of the families of Indrieux and the strong connection between rural life, agriculture, and the traditions of the Bugey region
History of the House
Before the arrival of the Manos family, the house belonged to the Ferrand family, who had been present in Indrieux since the 1600s. Originally farmers, the Ferrand family gradually evolved over the generations into various roles within local society.
Amédée Passelac - Anthelme Ferrand
Amédée Passelac (1826–1890) was a French lawyer, senior civil servant, and politician.
Anthelme Ferrand was born on August 28, 1758, in Indrieux. During the French Revolution, he was elected deputy for the Ain department to the National Convention and later served on the Council of Five Hundred under the Directory government.
